Osman Ağa Kültür Evi
Osman Ağa Culture House was established on the island of Cyprus, which has witnessed turmoil in every period of history with its strategic location and natural richness, aiming to keep its unique historical and cultural values alive and to transfer them to the future generations. Osman Ağa Culture House was founded by the family of Osman Civisilli in order to keep his name alive. Osman Civisilli was one of the notables of the region, who was born in the Civisil Village of Larnaca Town in 1927 and served during the struggle years of the Turkish Cypriot community, and was also a founding council member and deputy. At the same time, the Culture House is an institution that researches and shares the Turkish Cypriot history and culture archives, photographs and documents, both as hard copies in libraries and as electronic media. To protect our history and culture; It is our duty to convey the values that make us who we are to our youth, and to awaken the awareness of history and culture in them.
